I have completed all the required project documents and have put it all together in a workbook. The rest of the team have the website installed on O'Shea's laptop and it is functional. All we have left to do is the presentation on Thursday. Tomorrow is our practice run.

I created a Baseline Project Plan and have asked the team to take a look at it and modify/add to it as they see fit.

John O'Shea and I interviewed Laura Carver from the Public Safety department. We both asked questions and I typed up the notes. I will clean up and organize the notes and upload them to the documents section of our project site.

It has been over a week and we have not heard anything from the Pubic Safety office. This morning, I sent a follow-up email restating the the project goals and our available times.

Created a project charter and uploaded it to our Google Project Workbook. Revised the Gantt chart by putting the data on another tab in Excel for a cleaner look. Finally, I sent an email to the rest of the group informing them of the changes I have made and the files I have uploaded. I will ask them to review the changes and edit my work if necessary.

Today, I familiarized myself with our Google site. Also, I created this journal to keep track of my progress. Finally, I created a preliminary Gantt chart outlining our timeline.
